Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the next working day. Our standard UK delivery timeframe is 1–2 working days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
